preparing for your session

What Do I Need to Do to Prepare?

There are only three things that I ask you to do to prepare for PLR and LBL sessions.

  1. The first is to make a list (six to nine, usually) of people who have been important in your life. This includes those who have been problematic as well as those who have been helpful. Along with the names of these people, I ask that their relationship be listed alongside. That is, mother, father, sister, grandmother, unfaithful lover, etc. On this list I also ask for a third column that gives the reason that they are important to you.

  2. The second request is for you to make a list of what questions you would like to have answered in the LBL. It is sometimes helpful to have this list before a PLR in that if you are having some problem in your current life, we may see a similarity in a prior life. However, most of the answers will be received during the LBL.

  3. Finally, you need to allow yourself to feel good about taking this initiative to find answers to questions that you have been harboring. Remember, you are not looking for some other person to provide answers, you are simply allowing a facilitator to help you look inward to other levels of your consciousness for those answers.

Other Recommendations:

  • Get the regular amount of sleep the night before a session.

  • Have some coffee if that is part of your morning routine, but don’t overdo. You don’t want to feel stressed from not having caffeine when you are used to it, but you want to be able to relax and go into your subconscious.

  • Don’t worry. Your guides are always with you, here and in the session. They will keep you from going anywhere or seeing anything that they don’t think is in your best interest.
